mobileFreq

Another update coming at you.  We’re staying transparent and letting the community know what has changed with mobileFreq.

Not much, but everything.

If Apple can use that as a multimillion dollar marketing campaign for their iPhone I might as well be able to let it slide with a blog right?

Right?

First and foremost take a quick glance at the top menu bar.

I added a new item there.  The “Reviews” section.

There is now a page dedicated to reviews for devices and accessories.  It is in chronological order and has absolutely nothing to do with rankings.

I’m planning on it showing the top flagship phones for each manufacturer.  So eventually you will see about 12 devices on there at any given time.

Within the Reviews page you can choose to dive in deeper with the full list of all things that we have reviewed.  It might not be the prettiest way of displaying the data, but it is there.  Let me know how I can change it!

Only a few accessories might be shown at the bottom.  I’m not sure yet.

Tappday app reviews will still be found within the “Apps” section of the menu.

Speaking of apps, I updated the “Must Have Apps” page.  With the new layout I had to redo everything on that page to make it look nice.

In case you didn’t know, there is a Must Have Apps” page!  You can find the link in the footer below.  It is there to feature apps that James and I find most useful or fun.  If an app is on that page that means I will always install it on every new device.

So far ASTRO file manage, Google Authenticator, Google Chrome, and Notability are currently on there.  If you want to read the descriptions take a look now.

That’s about it for this update!  I know it wasn’t much, but I’m just trying to stay transparent with how mobileFreq changes.
