If you are a DuckDuckGo user who wants to know how to get from Point A to Point B you are in luck because the search engine is now implementing directions into their service.
According to DuckDuckGo staff member, andrey_p, map directions were, “[O]ne of the most-requested features to date” and that users will be able to choose which mapping service they prefer.
Directions are available on desktop and mobile from Apple, Bing, HERE, OpenStreetMap and Google.
After typing an address in the search bar, a user can choose their preferential directions service from a drop-down menu. If the service is already installed on their mobile device, DuckDuckGo will open the desired app.

The Philadelphia-based search engine says that they are still improving the feature and will be adding more directions-services in the future.
